Job Summary:

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our team as Energy Audit Associates. In this role, you will support senior auditors in conducting energy assessments and identifying opportunities for improving energy efficiency across residential, commercial, or industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in on-site energy audits under the supervision of senior auditors
• Collect and analyze energy consumption data from utility bills, equipment logs, and site inspections
• Conduct basic calculations related to energy savings and return on investment
• Support in preparing audit reports with recommendations for energy conservation measures
• Assist in creating documentation, spreadsheets, and presentations based on audit findings
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in energy efficiency and renewable energy
• Support senior team members with response to RFP, participating in tender document preparation
• Supporting the firm with empanelment with various agencies and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field
• Basic understanding of energy systems (HVAC, lighting, motors, etc.) is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data analysis tools
• Willingness to travel for site visits and audits
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of energy efficiency

Preferred (but not mandatory):

• Internship or academic project experience in energy auditing or sustainability
• Familiarity with energy audit tools like Power Analyzers, Anemometers, Thermal Cameras
