Extension of compliance deadline of PAT cycle-1

In reference to the Office Memorandum No. 45/01/PAT-Trading Procedure/17-18 dated 12^th July, 2017 (which extended the last date for compliance to PAT cycle -1 till 31^st December, 2017), Bureau of Energy Efficiency as a last time measure for fulfilling compliance of PAT cycle-1 DC’s, has further extended the deadline for submission of Form-D till 19^th January, 2018.

The ESCerts trading session has also been extended till 19^th Jan, 2018. There is no change in the timing of the existing trading sessions and it will be held on every Tuesday till 19th Jan 2018 from 13:00 Hrs to 15:00Hrs.

The DC’s who have not yet compliance by purchasing the ESCerts can complete their compliance with in 19^th Jan, 2018. Contact us for PAT advisory services.
