Considering the same, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule 1A of rule 6 of the Energy Conservation Rules, 2012 the Central Government in the Ministry of Power in consultation with the Bureau grant an extension of time of Forty-five days with effect from the 1st of July, 2015, to enable the Designated Consumers to submit to the respective State designated Agencies, with a copy to the Bureau, the performance assessment documents complete in all respects for the 1st Cycle (2012-2013 to 2014-2015), in compliance with sub-rule (1) of rule 6 of Energy Conservation Rules, 2012, by the 14th August, 2015.
