Job Summary:
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our team as Energy Audit Associates. In this role, you will support senior auditors in conducting energy assessments and identifying opportunities for improving energy efficiency across residential, commercial, or industrial facilities.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in on-site energy audits under the supervision of senior auditors
- Collect and analyze energy consumption data from utility bills, equipment logs, and site inspections
- Conduct basic calculations related to energy savings and return on investment
- Support in preparing audit reports with recommendations for energy conservation measures
- Assist in creating documentation, spreadsheets, and presentations based on audit findings
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in energy efficiency and renewable energy
- Support senior team members with response to RFP, participating in tender document preparation
- Supporting the firm with empanelment with various agencies and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field
- Basic understanding of energy systems (HVAC, lighting, motors, etc.) is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data analysis tools
- Willingness to travel for site visits and audits
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of energy efficiency
Preferred (but not mandatory):
- Internship or academic project experience in energy auditing or sustainability
- Familiarity with energy audit tools like Power Analyzers, Anemometers, Thermal Cameras

- Experience: 5-8 years
- Advanced skills in MS – Word/ Excel / PowerPoint
- Good Report Writing Skills
- Experience in Preparation of Techno-Economic Viability /Detailed Project Report for projects with at least Rs.250 Crore project cost in multiple industry sectors
- Experience in preparation of Fixed Asset Valuation report (Plant and Machinery) will be an added advantage.
- Experience in monitoring and reporting for Lender Independent Engineer services
- Should have consistently worked in more than 20 projects per annum across various industries
- Former banker or past experience in bank or large consulting will be a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on fire safety matters as part of audit and compliance with the regulations.
- Carry out fire safety training for clients or group of clients.
- Being the technical point of contact for the clients.
- Prepare and finalize fire safety audit reports.
- Review reports of subordinates.
- Degree in fire safety or fire engineering
- Extensive experience in auditing fire risk assessments against the latest fire safety standards.
- Working knowledge of the Fire Safety regulations and/or standards including NBC 2016
